These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Infinity NEET Counselling website and our NEET UG counselling services (the “Services”), operated under Infinity Learn. By using the website or enrolling for our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the Services.

1. About our Services

We provide guidance and advisory services for NEET UG medical admission counselling. This includes rank and college prediction tools, choice-filling guidance, document and registration support, round-wise strategy, and counsellor support through the counselling process. Our Services are advisory in nature.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services if you are a NEET UG aspirant or a parent/guardian acting on an aspirant's behalf. If you are below 18 years of age, you must use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3. No guarantee of admission or seat

Our Services provide expert guidance to help you make informed decisions. We do not guarantee admission to any particular college, course, seat, category benefit, or any specific outcome. Seat allotment is determined solely by the competent counselling authorities (such as MCC, AACCC and State counselling bodies) based on your rank, category, domicile, choices, seat availability and their rules. Predictions and projections are estimates based on historical data and may differ from actual results.

4. Accuracy of information you provide

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information (including your marks, rank, category and domicile). Our guidance depends on this information, and we are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information you provide, or from your failure to act on guidance or meet official deadlines.

5. Fees, payments and coupons

• Fees for each plan are displayed on our website and are payable in advance to access the corresponding Services.
• Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. By paying, you also agree to that provider's terms.
• Any discount or coupon (for example, a promotional code) is subject to its stated conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
• Plan inclusions are as described on the website at the time of purchase. The difference between plans is the scope of colleges covered.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Because counselling is a time-sensitive, expertise-led service, fees are generally non-refundable once a counsellor has been assigned or service delivery has begun, except where required by law or expressly agreed by us in writing. Any approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

7. Your responsibilities

• Use the Services lawfully and only for your own genuine counselling needs.
• Keep your account, OTP and communication details secure.
• Make your own final decisions on choices, colleges and admissions; our role is advisory.
• Meet all official registration, choice-filling, reporting and payment deadlines set by the counselling authorities.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, tools, data presentations and design, is owned by or licensed to Infinity Learn and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. Third-party services and links

The website may reference or link to third-party services and official authorities. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your dealings with them are at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers

The Services and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Predictor results and cutoff data are indicative and not a promise of any result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Learn and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of a seat, opportunity, data or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you actually paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Learn and its team from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) will continue to apply.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at our registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Your continued use of the website or Services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
