This Privacy Policy explains how Infinity NEET Counselling (“we”, “us”, “our”), a service operated under Infinity Learn, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use our website and counselling services. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”) and other applicable laws.
By using our website, submitting the rank predictor, requesting the guidebook, or enrolling for counselling, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide NEET UG counselling guidance:
- Identity & contact data: your name, mobile number (verified over WhatsApp/OTP), and email address (optional).
- Academic data: your NEET marks or estimated score, predicted rank, category (e.g. General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS), and home state (domicile), where you choose to share them with the predictor or your counsellor.
- Enrollment & preference data: the plan you select, your preferred contact time, and similar details you provide during enrollment.
- Transaction data: records of payments made for our services. Card, UPI and bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway and are not stored on our servers.
- Technical & usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
2. How we collect it
We collect data when you fill in the rank or college predictor, request the NEET UG Guidebook, verify your number via OTP, enroll for a plan, or otherwise communicate with us. We also collect technical data automatically through cookies and analytics when you browse the site.
3. How we use your information
- To generate your rank prediction and college shortlist.
- To assign a counsellor and provide personalised counselling, choice-filling and admission guidance.
- To contact you about your enquiry, enrollment and counselling, including by phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email.
- To process payments and provide service-related communication.
- To improve our website, content and services, and to measure performance.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
4. Consent and legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you provide when you share it with us, and for legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights” below); withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:
- Counsellors and our team: with the counsellors and staff who deliver your counselling.
- Service providers: with trusted processors who help us operate, such as our payment gateway (for example, Razorpay), communication providers (for WhatsApp/SMS/email), hosting and analytics providers. They may process data only on our instructions.
- Legal and safety: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and property of users or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganisation, subject to this policy.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

- request erasure of your personal data, where applicable;

- nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

10. Children and minors
Many NEET aspirants are below 18 years of age. If you are a minor, you must use our services with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, and we process a minor's data only with verifiable parental consent as required by the DPDP Act. We do not knowingly use a child's data in a way that is likely to cause harm.

Our site may link to third-party websites (for example, official counselling authorities or payment pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance.
